Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, and assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and share feedback with management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
