Loader/Unloader at Contractors Burbank Inc.

We are hiring a dedicated Loader/Unloader to join our logistics team. The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, trailers, or shipping containers. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards to ensure that goods are handled efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials from trucks or containers using manual techniques or pallet jacks.
• Sort and organize products in designated storage areas to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.
• Inspect and verify the condition of products before and after loading/unloading, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Stack goods safely and securely to prevent damage during storage or transit.
• Prepare materials for shipment by labeling and ensuring they are properly packaged.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse or loading area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to avoid workplace injuries or accidents.
• Work in coordination with warehouse teams and drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or loading/unloading role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
