JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Line Management team provide a central strategic leadership role in Company and drives all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. Creating a forward-thinking product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
The Product Line Manager position is responsible for developing product strategy, new product introductions, product roadmaps, supporting the sales teams, be the voice of customers, competitive analysis and defining value proposition for product portfolio. S/he will be responsible for portfolio of specific Base Station Antenna (BSA) & Filter Solutions S/he will be accountable for the P&L including revenue, profitability, long term growth of the BSA and Filters portfolio.
Role Requirements:
- Driving and delivering specific market, product & customer strategies.
- Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking
- Product Forecast (S&OP) to support Operations/Manufacturing and influence long term capacity planning,
- Developing 'BSA' product roadmaps that align with business strategy.
- Designing go to market strategy, inclusive of channel strategy and partnerships.
- Working with BSA R&D, project management and operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer requirements,
- Managing the product lifecycle, by actively promoting new or exiting products,
- Defining resource requirements necessary to execute the product roadmap,
- Working cross functionally to define sales, technology and operations strategies and goals, in line with financial goals. Build consensus on specific tasks,
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in product management.
- Degree qualified in engineering, science, or business-related subject.
- Experienced in conducting primary and secondary market research, developing market strategies and segmentation, preparing strategic sales forecasts and analysis.
- Should be detail-oriented, organized, and methodical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good business acumen to forecast the future trends in the market.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results on the given deadline.
- Energetic, enthusiastic team player.
- Open to travel as required.
