JOB DESCRIPTION
Assists the CFO to provide leadership and direction to all financial departments for the overall fiscal responsibility of the hospital. This is a CFO training program and incumbent must be willing to relocate to another facility within 18-24 months.
Minimum Education: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Master's degree or CPA required.
Minimum Experience: Five years Financial experience with at least two years’ experience in a leadership role. Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred. Must possess strong human relations and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time exempt position.
