Incentive Plan Design & Calculations and Compensation Experience required to this role
Job Description
Reports to the Director of Global Compensation
- Develop and manage dedicated resources that specialize in Incentive plan design, modelling, plan communications, and the calculation of performance-based incentives
- Centralization and Standardization of all US performance-based Incentives plans
- Manage strategic communications for Variable compensation
- Strategize with Divisions to design Incentive plans
- Sales Incentives
- Supervisor Incentives
- Hourly Incentives
- Annual incentive plans
- Establish Corporate Variable Compensation Philosophy for Salaried and Hourly Employees
- Keep abreast to all legislative and regulatory changes as they relate to Variable Compensation, and suggest recommended changes as applicable
- Review current practices and policies to identify compliance risks and manage implementation and documentation of changes
- Manage governance of existing structure
- Sets guidelines and ensures compliance
- Exception & approval tracking
- Streamline programs to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage broad based projects which may include market competitiveness review, impact of variable compensation on retention, and Incentive Plan redesigns.
- Build productive and positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
- Development of a mechanism to track the effectiveness of the incentive plans
- Compensation modelling and cost analysis reporting
Must-Haves:
- Experience with Incentive Plan Design & Calculations
- Strong Analytical thinker
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves :
- 5 years experience in Corporate Compensation.
