JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Business Development Specialist for the Asian region plays an integral part in the Company Financial Services North America and Asia organization. Business development is key driver to support all functions to constant development of measures to increase penetration and portfolio size in all DTFS NA & Asia markets and requires the abilty to work in close cooperation with the following departments: DTFS HQ Functions, DTNA functions, DTFS NA & DTFS Asia, Company, as well with external partners This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and evaluate specific business opportunities as well as innovative technologies to grow and develop the DTFS business. This role will be responsible for: Facilitating and developing new core business accelerator opportunities, products and technologies PoCs in alignment with DTFS functional areas (e.g. Credit & Ops, S&M, F&C, etc.) and DTNA. Identifying new business opportunities to achieve & accelerate growth target set in DTFS NA business plan Identifying new efficiencies opportunities to achieve & accelerapte growth target set in DTFS NA business plan Analyzing business trends and external competitor landscape Identifying new process/IT technology trends and collaborate with IT partners in DTFS and DTNA. Monitoring market competition and take fast actions to overcome business challenges. Assessing and analyzing new potential future markets in Asia. (e.g. China, Indonesia, etc.). Managing and contributing to special projects, including company-wide strategic programs and assist in the development and execution of DTFS NA strategies to maximize efficiencies and profitable growth.
