JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director, Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is responsible for growth, performance and provider transformation under value/risk-based reimbursement models. This position will act as a strategic and operational leader in the creation of care models that align with the company’s Mission and values as well as payer and consumer expectations. The Director will oversee network growth and performance, data integration and analytics, and the establishment of as well as the adherence to clinical care pathways in pursuit of delivering higher quality, more cost effective care which will, in turn, create superior outcomes for patients and sustained competitive advantage for all participating providers.

Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or hospital environment.
