JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is experiencing rapid growth which has led them to open a second office location downtown in Chicago. As the Facilities Manager, you will ensure that the facility is fully operational and meets our global standards. You will work closely with building management, IT support, HR, Operations, and other administrative teams. In addition to working internally, the Facility Manager, will create, foster, and maintain relationships with our vendors.
Responsibilities
Ensure office compliance with State and Federal regulations
Ensure all utilities are functioning properly (HVAC, Electric, Fiber, Generators, Water)
Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work, assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
Manage local physical security & safety policies and procedures
Office supplies, lunch delivery management
Office desks, boardrooms, pantry appliances, lighting fixtures, restroom maintenance
Printers, scanners maintenance.
MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations
Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materials
Management of office renovations
Maintain space management system
