Job Summary:
The HubSpot Project Manager will manage all ongoing critical HubSpot initiatives for both the Enterprise and Franchise business units. Enterprise Phase 1 is complete, Franchise Phase 1 is 50% complete. Other key initiatives are Enterprise Phase 2 optimization, Franchise Phase 2 reporting and Phase 3 optimization, LMS integration, Monday.com integration. Critical in the short term is the end-to-end rollout and delivery of HubSpot to the Franchise Network participants. The HubSpot Project Manager will be entrusted with all aspects of a timely delivery of MarketingHub and SalesHub by managing the design, requirements, configuration, development, communication, and deployment to 230 global Franchise members. This requires coordination of internal and external resources, time management and planning, budgeting and resource allocation, quality assurance, team and project communications, and everything required to deliver a successful project on time and on budget.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working across multiple functional groups, accountable for:
- Manage all aspects of deploying HubSpot MarketingHub and SalesHub
- Define scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and associated dates to support business objectives of rollout
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
- Manage and coordinate communications with all project vendors and participants
- Coordinate and manage project team members including executive and project sponsors, SMEs, HubSpot vendor resources and System Integration vendor.
- Manage schedules, work assignments, status reports, project budgets, scope of work, milestones, risks, change controls, etc.
- Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with company requirements and established processes.
- Develop and execute test plan focused on functional and data quality testing as well as all other methods of testing.
- Assisting Franchise Network Partners with miscellaneous HubSpot-related questions, needs, and challenges.
- Be able to understand evolving business and marketing challenges and opportunities and offer solutions or improvements.
- Effectively manage project team expectations throughout the projects.
- Measure and track project KPIs; report to executive and business sponsors on the project's success.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot, MarketingHub, SalesHub, ServicesHub.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and delivering HubSpot CRM solutions.
- Familiar and experienced with Marketing lead generation, distribution, and tracking work flows and processes.
- Experienced with CRM attributes, workflows, reporting, etc.
- Experienced with third party business intelligence and analytics reporting tools.
- Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.
- Experience with Monday.com Project Management software.
- Strong track record of leading and managing teams, programs, and projects.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively work within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across all levels and functions.
