JOB DESCRIPTION
This position directly leads a functional team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by the organization, talent acquisition, or service line leaders. This position ensures the end to end recruiting processes are delivered as defined and that each team member has clear expectations and performance metrics. This role works closely with the business within their assigned function and to build trust and confidence within TA and that TA is staffed and aligned to support the business needs. This position reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Manages the identification of performance goals, analyzes performance metrics and assesses team member performance. Coaches team members and shares feedback for development.
- Proactively establishes and maintains relationships with internal business partners and advocates for talent acquisition within Hospital
- Serves as an escalation point of contact for recruiting issues as necessary.
- Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices and ensures compliance, process and quality consistency.
- Acts as a liaison with hiring managers and system leadership to discuss performance and ensure the achievement of goals.
- Conducts operational analyses, including pipeline health, process and workflow, and provides direction to teams.
- Determines priorities and continually monitors performance according to talent acquisition goals and scorecards.
- Oversees logistics for recruiting events, including job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events.
- Collaborates with colleagues to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment.
- Trains and provides guidance on industry best practices and organization-specific needs and expectations.
- Fosters an environment that promotes personal and professional development.
- Actively involved in the recruitment of key talent.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Hospital policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.

Must-Haves :
- Bachelors of Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or other related field of training
- Seven (7) years of results oriented recruitment experience to include lead or supervisory experience and demonstrated success in building and leading effective teams.
- Strong business acumen related to leveraging data, making business cases for recommendations, and articulating the return on investment (ROI).
- Demonstrated experience in improving processes, driving accountability, providing outstanding service delivery, and improving outcomes.
- Proven success in building strong client relationships and being seen as a partner and consultant.
Nice-To-Haves :
- Healthcare industry recruitment experience highly preferred.
- Skilled in leveraging recruitment related technology to drive efficiency. Workday experience preferred.
