WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:
- Fulfill PR and Marketing media requests in a timely manner, including locating source masters within enterprise content library tools, transcoding to specific (platform/partner) tech requirements, editing elements as needed, stitching sources and segments together, and QC’ing.
- Support the Global Creative & Marketing DTC Content Technical Operations Manager with backlog projects as needed (e.g. delivering content into enterprise content supply chain).
- Work closely with the Global Creative & Marketing DTC Content Technical Operations Manager and Digital Production Management teams to help track Digital Studios priorities.
- Help maintain Google shared drive production folders by creating project folders and granting access to internal/external collaborators as requested.
- Track tickets submitted by the Digital Production Management and Global Creative & Marketing DTC teams to help highlight recurring issues, used to establish related enhancement needs.
- Assist the Global Creative & Marketing DTC Content Technical Operations Manager on advising about project tech specs and delivery/distribution methods, including but not limited to:
- Supporting basic vendor delivery calls by going through the appropriate specs for the corresponding project deliverable(s) and the required delivery process via screen share.
- Troubleshooting delivery and distribution issues.
- Communicating project delivery and launch updates to the appropriate internal teams.
- Update any trackers related to the above support with key information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of editing experience in Adobe Premiere; Photoshop, After Effects. Avid and other editing software experience is a plus.
- Up to 2 years of previous coordinating experience.
- Basic understanding of finalizing a video (ie. color correcting, audio balancing, fine tuning edits, metadata, exporting, codecs, transcoding, etc).
- Must have a good understanding of digital post production workflows, software, and
- technical specifications; Knowledge of social, live, and TV productions is a big plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and remotely as needed.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes, tools, and techniques with minimal supervision.
- Genuine interest in the type of content DISCOVERY makes with an understanding of the brand and voice.
