There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.
We'd be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and TMC geographic differential (if applicable).
Each year, Hospital assesses the healthcare market and adjusts salaries in specific job categories to meet the market’s demands. This year, it is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic has put certain clinical workers in high demand. Effective Sept. 12, 2021 Hospital will adjust salaries of full-time, part-time and PRN inpatient RNs (including non-bedside inpatient nurses). The increases will be calculated based on current salary (for internal employees) and years of experience. So, that means better rates!
