Each year, Memorial Hermann assesses the healthcare market and adjusts salaries in specific job categories to meet the market’s demands. This year, it is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic has put certain clinical workers in high demand. Effective Sept. 12, 2021 Memorial Hermann will adjust salaries of full-time, part-time and PRN inpatient RNs (including non-bedside inpatient nurses). The increases will be calculated based on current salary (for internal employees) and years of experience. So, that means better rates!

The unit provides a unique opportunity that allows nurses to build critical thinking skills and helps to provide a foundation for furthering their skillset to help them attain their career goals. Procedures include chronic ventilators, non-titrated drips.
We value quality as demonstrated by low CAUTIs (1 in 4 years), CLABSIs (2 in 1 year) as well as a 50% reduction in HAPI (hospital acquired pressure injuries) in the last year.
