Unit: IMU
Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:1-2

Unit Description
A 24-bed unit, the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit receives very high acuity patients. The nurse on this unit administers full cardiac drips as well as works with Impella, CRRT, ECMO, IABP and Artic Sun devices. The nurse to patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:2, with a vast amount of support resources. The ICU offers opportunities for growth through the Rapid Response team, Charge Nursing and Preceptorship. Unit: Cardiothoracic IMU
Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3-4
Beds: 22
Unit Description
A 22-bed unit, the hospital’s Cardiothoracic IMU receives thoracic, cardiac and tele monitoring patients. The nurse on this unit administers full cardiac drips as well as works with Stable CABG and Post Surgery Patients. The nurse to patient ratio ranges from 1:3 to 1:4, with a vast amount of support resources. The Daisy award winning staff and leadership help make this unit feel like a second home. Sign-On Bonus $10K - $12K
$10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.
$12K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).
Distributed in 3 payments:
1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck
2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role.
3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role.
Pay
The RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.
There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.
Each year, the hospital assesses the healthcare market and adjusts salaries in specific job categories to meet the market’s demands. This year, it is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic has put certain clinical workers in high demand.
