Health Support Center
The Senior Analyst, Cost Accounting will have ownership of the Organization’s Axiom cost accounting platform and be responsible for reporting results to support Health Support Center and hospital request. This role will include technically supporting the cost accounting platform and completing validation and reconciliation activities to ensure the data is complete and accurate. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for both writing necessary reports within the application upon request, and for analyzing the report results in order to identify trends and relevant information associated with the data. This critical role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, diligent, and sharp analytical candidate.

• Maintain, develop, and support user data needs with the Axiom EPM Cost Accounting & Budgeting Systems
• Document the business definition and logic for the key performance metrics of the company
• Manage report development lifecycle including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Support
• Leverage all aspects of BI technologies and architecture such as delivery mechanisms, data model/architecture, data integration/ETL and reporting tools
• Integrate data from the cost accounting platform, Axiom
• Meets with HSC Departments regularly to review cost accounting information
• Analyze data, design and develop complex custom reports and dashboards using in-house reporting platforms
• Validate report results against requirements for consistency and accuracy
• Troubleshooting and analyzing data issues within reports
• Assist in managing Company’s relationship with Axiom customer support
• Communicating results to appropriate departments, supporting business decisions
• Develop standard processes for business user requests and report organization
• Actively participate as an analytics and BI advocate and expert on teams to help promote the development of an analytics and BI culture within Company
• Regularly update management of development status
• Regular and reliable attendance.
