Responsibilities
- Work across the entire stack and deliver modern, maintainable, and testable code.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to build creative and scalable solutions.
- Participate in peer code review processes.
- Design and communicate coding standards and contribute to the architecture plan.
MUST-HAVES:
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent role.
- Server-side programming skills with frameworks and databases. (Ruby on Rails, SQL, etc.).
- Skilled in front-end technologies, including ES6, React, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end performance optimization techniques.
- A degree in Computer Science, a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience in HR technology or recruiting technology.
- Experience with applicant tracking system integrations.
