KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A "player-coach," who will be able to lead the Account Management team while also managing some of the key accounts
Ensure that all account management personnel meet or exceed all activity and KPI standards
Manage client delivery, achieve targets and growth objectives for the company
Ability to manage client relationship at all levels, including growth through new job farming activities, client referrals and prospecting.
Participate and lead Client calls, meetings, QBR
Be a “Brand Ambassador” for the company and represent company at industry events and trade shows
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
