Directors in this role get to:
- Be responsible for Forecasting, Stakeholder Management, SWAT/Consulting, and Geo and Vertical Interlock
- Manage team and be responsible for accurate and timely preparation of short term, Mid-term and long-term forecast using best fit forecast model and WFM Tools
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with the client partners as well as clients of the assigned vertical
- Lead the SWAT team responsible for both internal and external teams (problem solutioning)
- Consult for internal groups, clients, prospective clients, or as needed to generate revenue for WFM group
Must haves :
- Eight or more years of process transformation experience in operations or WFM experience with WFM applications in a multi-site environment with global footprint; Five or more years of program management experience
- Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers, ability to present in front of large groups of senior leaders in a professional and effective way
- Ability to motivate and mentor team; presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development, ability to identify and address professional development needs and knowledge gaps
