We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to perform clerical tasks in a well-organised and timely way. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of people with whom you work with.

 

Responsibilities

 

As an EA, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO on strategic and tactical actions.
● Assist in create-update-follow up of processes. Help in collecting and organizing data, interpret them and
follow up on actions.
● Help with meeting appointments, travel, email follow-ups.
● Assist in creating materials for internal and external presentations.
● Communicate with senior leaders in the company. Also talk to external stakeholders including vendors,
customers, and partners. You must be willing to travel if required.

 

Requirements

 

Know what it takes to be considered for this position?

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a flair for good communication, written and verbal.
  • You are familiar with office software tools – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, email, instant messengers, video
    meetings. 
  • You have worked in a start-up environment. You can also speak English, Kannada and Hindi.
  •  It will be an added advantage If you have an exposure to working in CSR related activities.
  • Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered a plus
