- Ensuring a great level of player satisfaction by delivering a high level of service using good communication skills through email, online chats and telephone.
- Handling all general enquiries and providing solutions to player's issues.
- Identify sales opportunities and maximize on these opportunities;
- Turning registered players into loyal members of the best gaming community using effective selling skills
- You must be self-sufficient, responsible and have good cooperative ability as well as master Swedish at a fluent level.
- You will be the part of a dynamic and hungry team that works towards both group goals, and your own personal goals every month.
