As we embark on an exciting expansion across Europe, we are looking for a hands-on and experienced CEO to lead our ambitious growth journey.
Role Overview:
As the CEO, you will be at the helm of our strategic operations, responsible for steering the company through its next phase of growth. You will play a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing team in Austria while driving our expansion into new European markets. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer happiness across Europe with our two flagship products: Cryptonow Crypto Brokerage Platform and Crypto Voucher Cards, both tailored for retail customers. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large European growth story from the early days and shape the future of our company in Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth for our European markets.
- Build, lead, and manage a strong operative team in Austria.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction with our Cryptonow Crypto Brokerage Platform and Crypto Voucher Cards.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across Europe.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media.
- Collaborate with the Group CEO, board of directors and stakeholders to ensure organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a CEO, COO, or executive role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing operative teams in Austria.
- Hands-on mindset and attitude.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent understanding of the financial services sector, with a particular focus on the crypto industry being a significant advantage.
- Experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
