Dexerto’s Integrated Marketing department is seeking a skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager. This cross-functional role is pivotal in establishing processes and ensuring accountability across key verticals within Dexerto. As the link between staff and senior management, this role demands a proactive and organized individual.
This role will suit somebody with experience of either working in a similar publishing/media environment or creative marketing agency.
Location
- Fully remote, ideal for candidates based on the East Coast, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the technical delivery of creative projects within Integrated Marketing departments.
- Facilitate daily liaisons with Account Management and Performance Marketing teams.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for inter-departmental collaboration.
- Utilize PM software (Click-up) for task management and team coordination.
- Act as the primary lead for project scheduling, deliverables, and team resource management.
- Provide both top-down and bottom-up estimations for project scopes.
- Lead client contracting and billing processes in partnership with the Account Director.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of a work stream within large, complex initiatives.

- Proven leadership ability, balancing urgency with a calm, confident style.
- Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with a talent for creative problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work calmly under pressure.
- Knowledge of production timelines and collaboration with producers.
- Eagerness to understand the nuances of editorial departments.
