As Digital Tech Specialist you will be responsible for the management, monitoring and follow up of technical tasks across programmatic. Working closely with the Head of Programmatic and Product you will plan and execute all new partner integration, follow up on the CMP performance and be responsible for flagging any issues whilst working on campaign related tech issues, testing and validating new ad formats on and off site.

Day to day:
- Maintaining and follow up on Asana technical tasks
- Troubleshoot tech related issues with the Head of programmatic and product
- Maintain the change log excel
- Plan and execute new partner integration
- Liaise with the HB provider if there is a tech issue
- Follow up on the CMP performance and flag issues
- Work on the AE creative technical requirements
- Writes tech specifications
- Test and validate new ad formats on and off site
- Working on campaign related tech issues
- Help the Head of Pr. with roadmap and technical evaluation
Requirements:
- 2-3 years ad manager (preferably GAM) experience
- Track record in testing and implementing new digital tech solutions
- Track record in working with product and development team
- Excellent communicator
- Great troubleshooter and solution driven
- Can translate complex task to other internal / external stakeholders
- Good time and task management skills
- Team player but can take individual projects and responsibilities
- Fast learner and forward thinker
- Has experience in CMP troubleshooting, HB (pre.bid) troubleshooting, understands data and audiences
- Confident in current digital ecosystem and has view on upcoming changes
- Would like to champion the technology driven digital objectives of the company
- Help the Head of Programmatic creating processes/ SLAs.
- Good understanding of the programmatic industry and current, future data/privacy challenges
- Creation audience segments in GAM and DV360
- Good understanding of SSPs and preferably have hands on experience on some of them
