B2B Digital Project Manager & Account Lead (Remote)

The Opportunity

Digital Estate Media is looking for a high-performing, proactive Project Manager & Account Lead to join our team. We are a digital agency specializing in integrated growth strategies for B2B and Enterprise clients.

This is a part-time, ongoing role (10-15 hours per week to start) with significant potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person. We need an "Engine Room" leader who takes extreme ownership of client success, has a meticulous eye for design, and can track complex data across multiple service lines without breaking a sweat.

Your Core Mission

To act as the primary bridge between our clients and our internal specialist teams, ensuring that SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and LinkedIn Outreach move forward as one cohesive machine, while supporting the agency's daily operational and content workflows.

Responsibilities

1. Expert Service Tracking & Orchestration

Project Management: Manage and organize all project details in Asana. Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure the specialist team stays on schedule.

Service Tracking: Maintain the "Central Source of Truth" for SEO (rankings), Ads (spend/conversions), Email (open rates), and LinkedIn (qualified leads).

Document Organization: Handle all file management across Google Drive and Dropbox to ensure a clean, accessible environment for the team.

2. Account Management & High-Level Communication

Client Lead: Act as the primary point of contact. Lead weekly video calls (via Zoom) and monthly strategy sessions.

Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients and training internal team members on our systems.

Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and solve issues before they become bottlenecks.

3. Content & Technical Support

Digital Updates: Support the team by uploading social media content, blog posts, and website updates using WordPress and Meta Business Suite.

Aesthetic & Quality Governance: Review all ad creatives, email templates, and landing pages. If a graphic is off-brand or unprofessional, you are responsible for sending it back for revision.

Copywriting Review: Ensure all client-facing text and outreach scripts are in perfect, high-level English.

Requirements

The "Go-Getter" Attitude: Resourceful and proactive. You treat the client’s business as if it were your own.

Strong Communication: Flawless written and verbal English. You can confidently communicate with clients in a professional, sophisticated tone.

Technical Familiarity: * Mastery of Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Basic familiarity with Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and Canva.

Design Sensibility: A keen eye for modern UI/UX, typography, and brand consistency.

Availability: Must be responsive during normal business hours (EST) and available for weekly Zoom meetings.

B2B Context: Understanding of long sales cycles (6-12 months) and digital marketing terminology (SEO, CPC, CTR, etc.).

Performance Benchmarks (Success in 6 Months)

Retention: 100% client satisfaction through proactive management and zero missed deadlines.

Quality: Zero design errors, typos, or "off-brand" content reaching the client's eyes.

Pipeline Growth: Demonstrable improvement in client sales pipeline velocity due to your orchestration.
