What you'll do in this role:
◠Greet and meet visitors including VIP’, vendors and interview candidates.
â— Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate persons.
â— Managing stationary inventory.
â— Receiving and updating courier on Gtrack.
â— Using Smart office app for visitor management,service request ,updating meals on daily basis.
â— Daily material inwards and outwards.

Required Skills:
â— 2-5 years of administration or hospitality experience with a graduate or postgraduate degree.

â— Basic troubleshooting skills for office software equipment's.
â— Familiar with IT asset management, printers (hardware and software) and telephone systems.
