Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of Project Delivery
- Help to define an end-to-end operating model by implementing standard and mandatory approach to all project delivery activities.
- Owns the delivery model and ensures it is continually improved and remains fit for purpose.
- Liaise with external clients, remove blockers and shield the project team from external interferences.
- Provides all required templates and instructions for use in the delivery model.
- Refine and oversight on project contract process, business reporting structure and associated process.
- Responsible for the work being delivered in line with the Operating Model and adheres to critical controls and governance.
- Work with the Production team to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements and skills
- Formal project management qualifications
- Experience of Atlassian products
- Working experience as a project administrator either in XR/Games/Media/Entertainment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
- Right to work in UK

- Portfolio of XR/Games/Entertainment projects
- Notion experience
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- An understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
