Draw House Concepts is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio, TX team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact person for all client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Follow up on client inquiries and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database
- Continuously strive to improve personal performance and meet or exceed set targets
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalentus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn customer relationship management software.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
