Draw House Concepts, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative operations. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, file management, and general office duties, to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, route and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual or department
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
