Job Description: As a Retail Sales Assistant at Duqed, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing expert advice on our staging services and products. Your role will involve assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, maintaining store presentation standards, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about Duqed’s staging services and product offerings.
• Assist customers with product selection, demonstrating features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of real estate staging or home decor is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings as required.
