What will you be doing?
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Vodafone products and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Vodafone's products, plans, and promotions.
- Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of mobile devices and technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required, including some bank holidays.
