Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are initiated and documented in accordance with existing Dynamon project management processes.

Using the software tool Click Up to add and maintain process steps as well as managing project milestones and key deliverables are key daily tasks for this role.

 

Role Key Attributes

The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting Dynamon Project Management and Customer Success teams by handling administrative tasks and ensuring projects run smoothly. Key tasks include.

  • Coordination: Organising customer kick-off meetings, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Documentation: Preparing and managing project-related documents, such as reports, contracts, and proposals.
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between internal team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure clear communication. Take a leading role in regular project update meetings.
  • Budget Management: Tracking project budgets and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Risk and Quality Control: Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. 

 

Postholder Key Skills

  • Organisational skills: The successful candidate will need to be highly organised to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines. Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and management.
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Time management skills: Must be able to use own initiative to be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Project management knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies and tools is beneficial.
  • Interpersonal skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Tools: Above average IT skills including MS Office, MS Project and Click Up.
