Duties and Responsibilities:
- 100% Work from Office - No options to work at home available in this role
- Guide customers through the transactions and answer their questions through chat, e-mails, and phone calls (Outbound & Inbound Calls).
- Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge-based and external FAQs based on customer questions/comments
- Synthesize customer feedback and share with other team-members
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Agent preferably in a Financial Services/Banking/Credit Cards related project.
- Basic Knowledge of Banking/Retirement/Financial Planning is preferred, though not required.
- Strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers’ problems
Pay rate (applicable after successful training completion) is $13.25/hour as long as you complete your 40-hour weekly production schedule! (If you are unable to complete 40 hours’ schedule, you will still get paid at $12.25/hour). We always offer 40 hour schedules.
