Job Title: National Sales Manager (NSM)

Position Overview: As the National Sales Manager in the toy industry, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales strategies across the country. You will oversee the development and implementation of sales plans, manage a team of regional sales representatives, and drive revenue growth through effective channel management and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Channel Management: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and online channels to expand market reach and drive sales.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional service and support.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, monitor performance against targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate them to customers and sales team members.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to showcase our products and generate new business opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: This individual possesses the capacity to see the big picture and understand how various factors, both internal and external, influence the company's sales performance. They can envision long-term objectives and formulate plans to achieve them effectively. Strategic thinking involves considering not only immediate challenges but also anticipating future trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
