Position Overview: 

As a Communications Representative, you will play a crucial role in shaping the external image and internal communication strategies of Elevation Academy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans, managing media relations, crafting compelling content, and maintaining consistent messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, along with a keen understanding of digital and traditional communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the company's objectives and initiatives.
2. Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote company news, events, and achievements.
3. Create engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Organize and coordinate media events, interviews, and press conferences as needed.
6. Manage crisis communication strategies and serve as a spokesperson during times of urgency or controversy.
7. Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
