Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of front office duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage the company’s front desk, ensuring it remains clean and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.)
- Assist other departments with administrative duties as required
- Respond to general inquiries, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
