Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exteriors Remodeling Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of exterior remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exterior construction and project management, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of exterior remodeling projects
• Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project budget and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and expectations
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct project site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
• Keep accurate records and reports of project details, including budget, timelines, and resources
• Communicate project updates, delays, and changes effectively to stakeholders
• Train and mentor team members when necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in exterior construction and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Proven track record in managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
