Enable is a charity dedicated to improving people’s wellbeing and strengthening local communities. We do this by delivering cultural, leisure and wellbeing activities that create opportunities for people to connect with each other, build confidence, and feel ownership of their local spaces. Core to our work is the development of strong working relationships with councils, charities and other organisations to deliver, health, leisure and community services and events that enrich people’s lives.
In 2020, a new fundraising and innovation team was established to identify opportunities for services to work together in communities. This has resulted in improved parks and open spaces, new health and wellbeing initiatives that maximise the benefits of connecting with nature, and events that provide people from all backgrounds opportunities to develop their creativity and experiment with new art skills.
This diverse range of services provides ample opportunities for corporates to engage with their local community, through donations, sponsorship, volunteering and more.
