We are seeking a motivated self-starter for a project administrator. You will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating the project schedule, managing assignments, monitoring progress and communicating to the project team.
You will work closely with the project team, so strong communications skills are a must as well as strong IT and organizational skills
Job Purpose
Help the project meet quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.
Assist with preparing action plans, analyzing risk and managing resources
Support facility manager to maintain the premises across enable to a complaint level.
Job Dimensions
The potholder will be required to work across the enable portfolio and be flexible to work evenings and weekends if required.
Responsible to the facility Manager, duties to include working closely with project team maximise project delivery and impact.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and keep minutes
Assist with planning, from start to finish of the project
Implement policies and procedures
Create weekly workflow
Track finances work on budget forecast
Report on team and project performance
Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
Assess project risk
Foster relationships with stakeholders.
Manage repairs and operations inbox.
Support Facility Manager with reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
