Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our support system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within the e-commerce or DTC sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Must be available to work following US timezone.
