As part of our growth plan we are looking for target-driven sales experts who can close a sale within a fast-paced digital environment.

 

Our sales team is at the heart of what we do at Eventerprise. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to events-related businesses, large and small, located all over the world, to entice them to join our ground-breaking events community. Our sales process also includes the sale of add-on products and the use of social selling techniques.

 

We are looking for people with spark. Innovative problem solvers, with the ambition to be the best, and a desire to succeed.  And since we’re a global company, you can be based anywhere in the world (remote) or in South Africa (remote or on-site).
 

Core activities of the role:

  • Activate new suppliers on the Eventerprise platform and convert them into paid subscribers to our premium plan.
  • Promote Eventerprise through telephonic calls that help potential customers understand our business concept.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with event suppliers - these need to be everlasting and you will be required to keep them strong.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales, profile makers and the sales team to reach agreed sales targets.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • A short, simple, but effective presentation style across multiple mediums
  • Ability to build trust on first contact
  • Ability to develop and maximise referrals and advocates
  • Skilled at closing the deal

 

General requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing or general business degree
  • Interest in the digital economy and/or tech environment
  • Proven track record in customer success and sales
  • Very strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
