Position Overview: As a Crew Member at Eximius Associates, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our events and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and services, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and needs with a friendly and professional approach.
• Support team members in various roles, including serving, cashiering, and managing inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety regulations.
• Help with the preparation and delivery of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective operations during events and daily activities.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking items and monitoring supply levels.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
