Position Overview: As a Crew Member at Eximius Associates, you will be an essential part of our operations, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth execution of events and day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be versatile, proactive, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all details meet company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support food and beverage service, including preparation, serving, and clean-up, as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas, including event spaces, workstations, and storage areas.
• Handle inventory tasks such as stocking, restocking, and monitoring supplies.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and event coordination.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations and seamless service delivery.
• Be adaptable to take on different roles as needed, from greeting guests to assisting with technical setups.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or event management are an advantage.
