Position Overview: As a Customer Associate at Eximius Associates, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their needs, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, addressing their inquiries and needs.
• Provide information about our products, services, and events, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting environment, including the sales floor and customer service areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking products and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support promotional activities and events by engaging with customers and providing relevant information.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• A commitment to providing exceptional service and a positive customer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or retail management are a plus.
