We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Team Member to join our team.

 

Position Overview: As a Customer Team Member at Eximius Associates, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and support. Your role will involve engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience with our company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Process transactions at the point of sale, including handling cash and card payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve operational goals.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking items and monitoring stock levels.
  • Support the implementation of store promotions and special events.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or retail management are a plus.
