Position Overview: As a Hospitality Team Member at Eximius Associates, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and passionate about providing top-notch hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience.
• Provide information about our services, facilities, and events, addressing any questions or concerns guests may have.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and catering as needed.
• Support the team in managing guest requests, handling special requirements, and ensuring that all needs are met efficiently.
• Monitor guest areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and a high standard of service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service, including coordinating with different departments as necessary.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, working to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as booking reservations, managing schedules, and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or event management are a plus.
