Position Overview: As a Receptionist at Eximius Associates, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your role will involve managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing a warm and professional welcome. The ideal candidate will be organised, friendly, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and forwarding inquiries as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests in and out and handling reservations.
- Provide information about our services and facilities, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and processing paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, including managing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Address and resolve any visitor or client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall office operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanour with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or hospitality are a plus.
