The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and supervising our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with handling our E-commerce site and implementing feature enhancements. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that align with the company's goals, with a particular focus on growing the brand's online presence and revenues. This includes overseeing activities across all channels, encompassing media campaigns, social media platforms, and E-commerce initiatives. The candidate will be instrumental in leveraging all our channels to maximise the company's online revenue streams while ensuring cohesive branding and messaging strategies across all digital touchpoints.

As a group (MM+FP), We provide architectural services, parametric design services, bespoke fabrication of projects and products.
We believe in a holistic approach to design in which all parts are interconnected. We use computational design tools to generate and evolve designs based on rules and parameters, similar to natural processes.
We believe in craft and link our digital files to our fabrication tools (laser-cutting, 3D Printing, CNC-milling) through custom software. From design and fabrication all the way to assembly and construction, as well as website and graphic design, we provide services for every step of a project, which allows us to achieve very high standards.

The Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing.
- Oversee the management of both B2C & B2B websites
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and cohesion across all digital marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Manage budgets effectively, including P&L responsibilities, to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Liaise with media agencies and freelancers to coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, advertising, and influencer partnerships, among others.
- Coordinate and supervise photoshoots and videoshoots to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Utilise knowledge of design principles to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of digital marketing assets.
- Optimise the online shopping experience and drive sales through digital channels.
- Develop and nurture brands digitally over the long term, ensuring consistency and relevance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Details of the skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (ideal).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies that drive measurable results (mandatory).
- Experience handling budgets and P&L responsibilities (mandatory).
- Experience working with media agencies and freelancers (ideal).
- Knowledge of design principles and experience with photoshoots and video shoots (ideal).
- Experience in e-commerce (website, marketplaces, retail, etc) is mandatory.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Experience developing brands digitally over the long term (ideal)
- Experience in product development is a plus.
