We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Feversham Arms Hotel
The Role
To receive, greet and register guests on arrival and to attend to all their requirements during their stay, ensuring the highest standard of guest care and service at all times.
Responsibilities
· To consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.
· To have a strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and be confident in answering guest questions in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.
· To handle any guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to your Head of Department.
Requirements
· Passionate about delivering impeccable customer service
· The ideal candidate must be smart, customer focused, have strong communication skills and be highly organised.
· The ability to use computer systems and work under pressure is a must.
· Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
· Experience in a customer service focussed role is however essential.
