- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Zoho
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

- Dedication to exceptional customer experience
- Eagerness to embrace new technologies
- CMA/CA/ACCA certification is a plus

- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their financial needs are comprehensively addressed.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and provide strategic guidance tailored to clients' business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate services and ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records , focusing on core accounting data and transactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client accounting status and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices, particularly in core accounting functions.
- Lead initiatives to expand accounting services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
