Findest is searching for talented individuals to join our Business Development team and help expand our client base internationally. We are particularly interested in candidates with a scientific background or those with a strong interest in technology. At Findest, our Business Development department is divided into four functions: Market Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Account Executive, and Account Manager. We are currently seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our team.
Roles within Business Development:
- Market Development Representative (market mapping)
- Sales Development Representative (market outreach)
- Account Executive (demonstrating IGOR^AI to future customers)
- Account Manager (growing corporate relationships)
Sales Development Representative (SDR) Description:
As part of a team of around four people, you will focus on expanding Findest's presence within a specific country. Initially, as a Junior Business Developer, you will immerse yourself in the country's culture and industries. You will learn about the types of innovations they are working on, the challenges they face, and how they are adapting to changes such as the ongoing pandemic. Ultimately, your goal is to understand how R&D is performed in the country and how you can persuade potential clients that IGOR^AI can be a valuable asset for them.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Speaking with R&D directors, innovation managers, and technology-driven individuals
- Being a key member of the commercial team and contributing to the company's global growth
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve outreach strategies and spread the word about Findest
- Participating in weekly meetings to review business development progress
- Working closely with account executives to introduce IGOR^AI to the world's most innovative companies
Who should apply?
- Individuals with previous sales experience
- Candidates available for at least 64 hours per month
- Proficiency in English is required
- Strong knowledge of technology
- Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging with potential clients
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
